You don’t want to miss the First Annual NEC Customer Technology Expo May 20-23, 2012 at the Saddlebrook conference center and exhibit hall near Tampa, Florida.

Formerly known as the NEC Users Group Conference, it will provide an unprecedented range of useful presentations and training sessions for communication network and IT professionals. You will also gain face-to-face contact with NEC product experts and management, plus vendor exhibits offering a wide variety of related products and services. This event is intended for NEC Users Group members and invited representatives of other NEC customers.

And there will be ample time to network with your counterparts from other organizations and industries.  Educational and training sessions will include voice & data hardware and software solutions, IT products and related services. Don't miss this chance to get the most from your NEC investment.

Registration Process: Please complete the registration process for the event and make your hotel reservations separately. Registering for the event does not book your room, so arrange your hotel accommodations directly with the hotel. Remember to mention that you are part of the NEC room block to get the event rate!

Deluxe Guestroom - $129.00/night
One Bedroom Suite - $149/night
Two Bedroom Suite - $229/night
Guestroom rate includes wireless/wired internet access in the sleeping rooms and other areas at the resort.

Conference Fee: Your conference fee allows you to attend all sessions, event meals, evening entertainment and social events. It does not cover hotel accommodations, air travel or ground transportation. We encourage you to register early as seating will be limited. There are no registration refunds after April 20, 2012. Substitutions are allowed.

Online registration ends May 4, 2012.

Those requesting a single daily rate will be charged $650 if registering online and $850 on-site. If you bring a personal guest (spouse, family member), they must be registered in advance online and you will be charged a $500 event fee for them to be allowed access to all meals and social events. If registered on-site, the fee will be $850.

Ground Transportation: Transportation is the responsibility of the guest. A special NEC rate of $36 each way per person (includes gratuity) for shuttle service with Ambassador Limousine Service (813-907-4455) between Saddlebrook and Tampa International Airport. Service is in effect from 6:00am to 11:00pm. Outside this period, private car service (with accompanying rates) can be arranged with Ambassador Limousine as well. Event Policies

Name Badge: Event badges issued at the on-site registration must be worn at all times for access to all sessions, meals and social events.                                                                      

Dress Code: Business casual for all daytime sessions and scheduled evening events.

Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your attendance at the CTE, contact Steve Kopel at 214-262-6375 or via email at steve.kopel@necam.com  no later than (10) days prior to your arrival to avoid any hotel cancellation fees.
